DISTRICT COURT CALENDAR
On your assigned day as Attorney-for-the-Day out of the District Court Domestic
Violence Part, please be advised that you must notify Judge Gigi Spellman and
Judge Glen Murphy's chambers AND D-I I that you are present and the Attorney-for-
the-Day in order to receive misdemeanor assignments.

Please note that D-11 has been added to this calendar rotation and the clerk has
been given a copy of the calendar.

You will be required to be available to the court the morning assigned to you.  You
must check-in with the clerks of all courtrooms by 9:30 a.m. on your assigned day.

It is imperative that the Court be able to get in touch with you or a member of your
office staff; an answering service or answering machine is not sufficient. If you have a
cell phone, you should advise us so that we can note it on the calendar for the Court.

If you have a conflict on the day you are assigned, you must “swap” your day with a
participating attorney from the calendar.  If you have any problems, contact our office
and we will make arrangements for your date.  The Court has a copy of this list and
will be expecting you to be available on your scheduled day.

If an attorney does not show up on his calendared DV day, they will
automatically be removed from the DV rotation.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
